PaymentExpress is our new online payment system. You can make payments online with your credit card or with an electronic check (direct debit) from your checking or savings account. Online payments are subject to a convenience fee.

You may pay all or part of the amount you owe on PaymentExpress. To avoid penalty and interest, make payment in full on or before the due date.

The convenience fee will be displayed prior to completing the payment transaction. Once the online payment transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation number. This is your receipt. You may want to print the confirmation page, which contains the transaction details, and keep it with your records.
