Police Chaplains
South Carolina Law Enforcement Assistance Program is a partnership
program of state agencies that provides assistance to state police officers, local police departments and sheriffs' offices, and non-sworn employees, and to their families. It provides peer support, crisis intervention, employee assistance and volunteer chaplain services all over the state. The staff and volunteers are on-call 24 hours per day.

Research shows every $1 invested in quality early childhood education yields $7 in savings to the public from higher graduation rates and reduced costs of remedial education, welfare and crime.
