For taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2004, taxpayers will be able to make contributions to the Georgia Greenspace Trust Fund for the purpose of acquiring property adjacent to or within the watershed of the Chattahoochee, Flint and Altamaha Rivers, or any other river designated by the Department of Natural Resources.
