  Do I need to submit any paperwork or supporting documentation?
You will need to mail in the signature document 1040ME-EL within seven days of receiving acknowledgement that you have been accepted.

If you do not chose to, or can not, participate in the Federal PIN Program, you will be required to mail in the 8453-OL federal signature document.

If you owe, you may need to mail in a payment voucher with your payment.

OnLine Taxes will provide these forms for you to print out and mail in if applicable.
