DC Police First-Time Homebuyer Credit
DC police officers who are first-time homebuyers in D.C. are eligible for a $2,000 per year income tax credit for the first 5 years. Officers must be listed in the MPD Housing Assistance Program, employed by the MPD, and living in the qualified property.
