Enter the number of exemptions as allocated per spouse. For example, If you are filing a joint federal return with 2 dependents, you may enter 2, 1 and 3, or 0 and 4 exemptions for each spouse.
If you are claimed as a dependent on another return and are not claiming a personal exemption for yourself, you are not entitled to claim a personal exemption on your Delaware return. Therefore, if you have no dependents, your entry would be zero (0).
