This fund was established by the Hawaii State Legislature to support public financing of Hawaii governors election campaigns. You may have $2 go to the fund by checking the "Yes" box. On a joint return, one or both of you may choose to have $2 go to this fund, or both may choose not to.
If you check "Yes," it will not change the tax or refund shown on your return. Once made, the designation cannot be revoked.
