You also may contribute all or part of it to the Nature and Wildlife Fund, The Child Victims' Trust Fund, The Vererans' Program Trust Fund, and/or the Breast Cancer Research and Education Trust Fund and/or credit all or part of it to your 2006 Estimated tax.
Donations to the following funds are voluntary and amounts donated will reduce your refund. You may contribute all or a portion of your overpayment to one or more of the following funds. Nature and Wildlife Fund, Line 33 Contributions to this fund are used to acquire and manage Kentuckys finest natural areas as state nature preserves and to care for all wildlife not taken by hunting or fishing. The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources and the Kentucky State Nature Preserves Commission work together to protect Kentuckys rare plants and animals; acquire the most precious and threatened forests, wetlands and prairies; and manage Kentuckys diverse wildlife. Your tax deductible contributions play a critical role in protecting and managing the best examples of Kentuckys natural environment for the future. This fund is administered through the Attorney Generals Office and relies solely on the tax deductible contributions made by interested citizens. The Trust Fund provides services to veterans that are not already provided by a state law or federal appropriation. In recognizing the service and sacrifice that veterans have provided, the fund organizes and fosters programs that assist veterans. The fund provides supplies, program equipment, or other expenditures deemed essential.
