 Circuit Breaker Assessed Value
Assessed Value of Principal Residence

Enter the amount of the assessed value of your principal residence as of January 1, 2005. If you own a multi-family home, mixed-use property, or more than one acre of land, only the assessed value of the principal residence, together with the land that immediately surrounds and is associated with that residence, not to exceed one acre, should be used. If the assessed value is over $600,000, you do not qualify for the credit. Contact your local city or towns assessors office if you have any questions in determining the amount of the assessed value of your principal residence as of January 1, 2005.
