Your MDPIN is the same as your federal adjusted gross income from your previous year's Maryland State Income Tax Return. If you do not remember your federal adjusted gross income from your previous years Maryland return, or if you did not file a timely Maryland state return for the previous tax year, you must submit Form EL101 so that Maryland has validation of your signature on file.
