Railroad Retirement Board Pension Payments
List any federally taxed Tier I or II retirement benefits paid by the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB). This includes any dual vested benefits or supplemental annuities. Also report any unemployment or sickness insurance payments made by the RRB in the box provided. Complete the Forms RRB-1099 and RRB-1099-R from the RRB.
