Do you need forms mailed to you next year?
Taxpayers who pay someone else to prepare their returns probably do not need a booklet mailed to them each year. If you do not need a booklet mailed to you next year, check the box below the signature line. The Division of Taxation will send you a postcard as a reminder to see your preparer. Telling the Division of Taxation that you do not need a booklet next year will help to reduce printing and mailing costs.
